History of Teamwork
Founded and Co-owned by friends Steve and David. They originally met when they became team mates on the 34th Civil Support Team (WMD). This military unit specializes in rapid response to hazardous materials to include weapons of mass destruction. They worked together over the years here and quickly formed a tight bond and strong working relationship. They took their hardworking attitude and experience and applied it to helping the Central Virginia area
Stephen Tubman: Co-Owner
Steve eventually left the military and took his skills and services to the Virginia Department of Environmental Quality. Here he spent 5 years as the central Virginia pollution response coordinator. Steve also has an Associates Degree in Fire Science and Bachelors Degree in Environmental Science.
David Paquette: Co-Owner
David worked on the 34th CST for 10 years and spent the last 3 years as the Noncommissioned Officer in Charge (NCOIC). David became well adept at leading Soldiers and Airmen in hostile environments. David has a Bachelors in Emergency and Disaster Management.
